It’s Not Too Soon To Plant Seeds

I've been so overwhelmed by what's going on these days. I feel like there's nothing I can do to keep the world from spinning out of control. I’m sure so many of you feel the same way each time you turn on the news. Right now, it's easy to lose hope. However, loss of hope doesn't have to be the path we walk down.

Hope is actually something we can cause to appear and spread. It's not something that magically appears from an outside source. We each have within us the capacity to produce hope. It's critical that we be absolutely intentional about nurturing hope, not only in our lives, but also in the lives of others.

Each time we make a difference in the lives of others, we create hope in ourselves. So reach out beyond your normal scope. Don't wait. By reaching out to someone in need, be it your neighbor or people in a homeless shelter, we add a little more peace and hope to the world.

We each have the power to inspire others to feel hopeful about the future and about the kindness that is nestled in everyone's hearts. Like seeds, plant hope.

ACCOLADE Celebrations strives to plant seeds and inspire hope by setting special time aside to recognize and show appreciation for the good things people do, to include volunteers who donate their time and efforts to improve situations in their communities. ACCOLADE Celebrations has the authority as an approved Certifying Organization, to give out the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) to qualified volunteers.

Start planting hope today. Contact me at ACCOLADE Celebrations about volunteer opportunities and details for how to apply for a PVSA.
